Our Mission

RAS leverages federal, state, and local partners and creates teams to:
1) Close the broadband gap of accessibility and affordability.
2) Enhance adoption through the use of 5G technology.
3) Increase Precision Agriculture for enhanced profitability and production.
4) Promote a sustainable energy policy that allows for use of traditional carbon based fuels to support advanced carbon materials manufacturing and enhanced agricultural production through sequestration.
5)Support grant writing and assist applicants with the USDA loan process for commercial and utility based guaranteed and direct loans, and grants.
